With our pay per room service, our cleaning is affordable on any budget. We’ve designed our prices to be clear, easy for you to calculate and with no hidden extras:
Our plain-pricing is:
£5 per general traffic area *
£10 per high traffic area *
Small is beautiful
At Spectrum Cleaning we are different – we’ve tailored our flexible services to meet your needs. Our pay per room deal is a perfect choice if you have a smaller property. We do not insist that you sign up to a minimum 2, or even 3 hour cleaning service that you do not need. Instead, if you have a 1 or 2 bedroom home, our pay per room service is made exactly for you. No exaggerated cleaning times, no over-paying, no long-term contracts* – just you in control of your home and your budget.
To secure our pay per room cleaning service, just select a minimum combination of any 4 areas in your home. It’s up to you to decide which 4 spaces you would like us to lavish with attention, but once you’ve picked, just let us know.
Choose the areas you would like to be cleaned
Each time you book, you have the flexibility to choose the areas you would like to be cleaned. Maybe it will be the same spaces each time. Maybe you will rotate your selection. This makes it an affordable way for you to have a regular full clean, but without having to commit to a weekly contract – something that can prove expensive whatever the size of your home.
By giving you the option to rotate our cleaning schedule, our pay per room deal can also prove to be an economical choice if you have a larger property.
For example, you may decide to have:
Week 1 (ground floor focus): living room, hallway, dining room, kitchen
Week 2 (1st floor focus): stairs & landing, master bedroom, spare bedroom, bathroom.

* £10 per high traffic area (requires more cleaning time and extra attention): kitchen, bathroom, en-suite
* contract is based on a 1 month rolling basis. Only 4 weeks notice required to cancel
